TL;DR

Project promotion requires rhythm. By arranging the perspective and order of promotional content, we ensure that the overall promotion is cohesive and maximally effective, incorporating various forms of external empowerment.

Stage 1: Select narrative-driven top-tier KOLs with an audience primarily composed of individuals with an IQ of 150. Establish the project’s narrative and build a leading brand image in the industry from the project’s debut, increasing momentum for future promotion.

Stage 2: Select research-oriented mid-tier KOLs with an audience primarily composed of individuals with an IQ of 100. Provide detailed introductions on how to participate in the project and accumulate sufficient promotional materials that users can directly engage with.

Stage 3: Select community-driven or signal-calling mid- to small-tier KOLs with an audience primarily composed of individuals with an IQ of 50. Distribute content on a large scale, enhance community exposure, spark FOMO, and make the final push.

Empowerment (additional fee): Partner with leading media for article/brief news promotion, collaborate with Degen designers to create posters, memes, and physical merchandise, and work with senior data analysts to conduct data mining and visualization, including data charts and ecosystem maps—throughout all three promotion stages, ensuring the promotion is more comprehensive and multi-dimensional.

Note: For different KOLs, we will provide tailored memos, including project introductions, content angles, and release schedules. When they submit drafts, we will review, modify, and confirm with the project team as soon as possible.

The key focus will be on building an engaging story that aligns with Chinese market sentiments, while ensuring the narrative addresses both retail users and institutional players.

Narrative Creation: We Make the Best Narrative in the Chinese World. The narrative will be based on a deep analysis of the Chinese Web3 market, emphasizing the project's unique value propositions and technological advantages. This includes crafting content that not only appeals to crypto-native users but also demystifies complex technical concepts for general retail users.

Content Formats: Blog articles, Twitter posts, one-pager, video, Youtube, and infographics tailored to different user personas (retail vs. institutional).

Localization: The content will be localized, taking into account language nuances, cultural references, and current market trends in China, ensuring the message is both impactful and relatable to Chinese audiences.
